Customer Reviews:

  • Good headset (eventually)...and how to get support!!!
If you read all the reviews for this headset, you'd think it's a crap shoot as to whether or not you are going to get a good headset. Truth is, it is. Three of us at my company purchased this headset. Within the first week people started complaining that my voice sounded garbled, in a digital kind of way. My co-worker's headset started acting up after a few months. After a lot of searching I found out how to reach customer support and I got a replacement headset. That headset has been working wonderfully for the last several weeks, and I can say that I am happy. I'm not sure if I'll stay happy for a long time, but right now this product works well for what I need. I wasn't able to find another product that so closely matched my needs.

If you have one of these and need support, here's what you do...

    1) Go to
    2) Under Contact click E-Ticket system
    3) Submit a ticket with your issue
    4) Wait a couple days

After I got in touch with them I asked about the warranty. They indicated that the product has a two year warranty. That's a pretty good warranty. Tell's me they have more confidence in the product than I do. After a couple emails back and forth and a scanned copy of my Amazon purchase receipt, a brand new headset showed up in about 3 days. Odd thing is that they gave no instructions and made no request to return the faulty headset.

If you decide to take a chance on this headset and manage to get lucky, you'll be glad that you did. If not so lucky....well that's what the support directions above are for. Good luck!...more info
  • The Best Purchase of the Year
I have to say this purchase was the best one of the year. I have been free'd from all cables while gaming and listening to music or watching video. The sound quality is fantastic, and the light weight construction and bendable boom mic is un-matched!

  • Sounds great, but had a problem with Mic
This headset works well. The sound quality is great. It works well without downloading software, just plug and play. However, after a few days the microphone just stopped working. I had to contact the company and they replaced it. So far the new one works well.

  • Nice headset for its price
It's easy to install, sound quality is great. However its bit heavy. Well given its price compared to other products I can get away with it. I was using separate mic and headset before and my was echoing back to me. Now it's not issue with product. ...more info
  • Wireless Headset
This is the first wireless headset that I have owned, it was simple to set up, it works every time. I use it for my Avaya IP softphone and for listening to internet radio....more info
  • I Love My Wireless Headset
I am not a techie, so I don't know all the expectations some could have about an appliance like this. I live in the desert close to several other houses and feel funny playing my weird music for all to hear. I live with this contraption every day; I am completely in love with it. I can work around my house, dance around my house, lie comfortably in bed, listening to whatever I want, as loud as I want, for a long as I want. It just doesn't get any better than that....more info
  • Not so good
I got this for use with Skype. The acid test for a headset to me is what my colleagues say about how I sound. Right off the bat, without me even asking, three people said it sounded terrible. I switched back to my cheap Logitech wired set and returned this. I will keep looking. Even if it had done a good job on my voice I think I might not have been happy with it in the long run due to comfort issues. The band is pretty springy and put a bit too much pressure on my ears for hours of wear.

I've found over 10 years of telecommuting that price has no relationship to quality in headsets. My favorites have consistently been the cheap ones. Even the fancy Plantronics sets could not compete against my old $20 job I got at Staples (it finally broke physically). ...more info
  • Good for PC Gamers
After having this headset for a week, I have to say that I really like the headset so far. I've tried and had issues with other units, such as a Motorola Bluetooth unit, with being too small and not adjusting to accommodate a larger head. This unit scaled to fit me comfortably.

Setup was a breeze, simply plug it into an open USB port. I'm using it with Vista and Vista detected it right off and installed it. I didn't have to install any drivers or software at all.

I game online and use Ventrilo to game with my friends and this unit has been great for me in this application. The sound is very good and I've heard from friends that I sound clear on their end. I also use it to listen to music via my pc and the sound is very good for a unit of this type. Don't expect it to be the quality of high end studio monitors, but for headsets of this type, the quality has been so far very good.

As for range, I can go from my pc to the fridge in another room, probably a good 50 feet away and it still comes in clear, but any further than that and it cuts out. But I live in an apartment that might be generating radio interference from multiple sources and I have a few walls to go through. If you live in a house with a better and more open floor plan, you might get better range.

Battery life seems fairly good. I don't think I've gotten a full 8 hours, maybe closer to 6. But I have enough battery life to get through a full gaming session, which is enough for me. My big thing is I don't want to be tethered to my pc, I was always hitting the cord. With this unit, it's light weight and comfortable and NO WIRES, so it's perfect for me.

I saw some reviews having issues with the vendor, ANTonline. This is my first and only purchase from them, but I had nothing to give me a negative opinion. I got my headset in a timely manner, within the days specified, so I'm happy. I've never had to work with their customer service, so I can base no opinion on that.

Why not give it 5 stars? I'm one of those "nothing is perfect" sort of guys. Something can always be better. Even longer battery life would be good. I would like to be able to go a few days usage between charges, but I can't have everything :)

  • Good wireless headphones ... bad mic
I've had this headset for a couple of weeks now so I figured I have enough experience to write a bit of a review.

The sound quality on the earphones is actually quite good ... music and voice come through with good fidelity. I was pleasantly surprised at how well music sounds with these ... no problems there. The range, in the house, is good ... I can go to any room around the house (~30 feet or so and a couple of walls) w/o drop-outs becoming an issue. If I go outside, it seems to drop-out more quickly. If I turn on the microwave, interference causes major drop-outs unless I stand at least 10 or more feet away from the microwave.

I did have a problem recharging the headset the first time. Here's the thing ... if you run it all the way down to the point that it starts giving the low-battery warning beep, it seems to need to be connected directly to a USB port on the computer to successfully recharge. Connecting it to a USB extension cable or a USB hub seems to work it you're recharging before the warning beep starts but connect directly to a computer if you hear the warning beeps. Don't ask me why ... this is just what I've found from experience. Battery life seems to be good ... close to if not at what is advertised (~ 5 or 6 hours.)

Comfort is reasonable. Don't expect to wear it for marathon sessions of 5 or 6 hours but wearing for short periods ... an hour or two ... is comfortable enough. Longer than that and it starts hurting my ears. Probably could use some thicker ear-padding to wear it longer.

Now, here's why only 3 stars ... the reason to buy this particular unit is to be able to go wireless with both listening AND talking. The problem is that, while the mic works fine the majority of the time, at other times it sounds like I'm talking through a fuzz box or drops out almost completely. That sort of defeats the purpose of using the unit for Skype-ing or other input/output systems.

So, if you want a reasonably priced set of decent sounding wireless headphones, you could do worse than these. If you're wanting a reliable wireless mic system, however, you may need to look elsewhere.

  • Just not that good & Don't buy anything from ANTonline
The idea seemed great, The range seemed ideal! It doesn't live up to the hype! The range was about 10 feet before it started to break up, it was horribly uncomfortable to wear. When I returned it to ANTonline, they dinged me with a 15% restocking fee. Yes it was in their return policy, which I never saw until I decided to return the product. They called my return buyers remorse... yes I was remorseful, cause the unit stunk up the joint! I commend ANTonline for their perfectly executed approach to Customer Prevention! Good one boys, you'll not see my credit card again!...more info

  • Excellent within range
The unit does perform with excellence within range. But, my experience seems to indicate that, in my case, the effective range is about 5 metres in concert with a Dell Vostro 200, using Windows XP Pro....more info
  • very good wireless headset
I am very impressed with this wireless headset. It's setup is as easy as it gets. You just plug in receiver to usb port push the pairing buttons and well thats it. The sound quality is very good with hardly any interferences. I got this headset because of the good reviews. The only negative reviews were due to product failure of defective item. Non due to the quality of its functionality. For the price you pay for this headset its a very good deal. I was going to purchase the logitec wireless headset, but upon reading reviews I purchased this one. So far i am very happy with my decision. ...more info
