Tags not as described -- not leather While they are certainly bold and noticeable -- and have a handy security flap on the back to cover your personal information -- they aren't even close to being "leather." I don't think I would have bought them if I saw the cheap stitching and smelled the strong vinyl stench beforehand. Not really worth the price and definitely not worthy paying the extra shipping charge from the seller....more info

Poor service and quality I am very disappointed:
The tags are not leather. Two of them are a sort of heavy leather-like substance, the third just plain cheap plastic.
They did not have the colors advertised on their website and had to substitute others.
I asked that the order be shipped to my PO box since I was going to be out of town. They addressed the package to the PO box, then sent it UPS so I had to chase it down when I returned home.
I would not order from this company again....more info
never got refund I did a quick click and these tags got ordered by mistake. I never took the tags out of the box and immediately sent them back. I never got a refund and I guess now I never will. This took place at least 6 months ago. I would not order from this company. They are not repudable....more info
No more lost black luggage Good service, if a bit puzzeling - no invoice included in package so I wasn't too surprised when the order wasn't fulfilled correctly - but a quick call to them and they shipped out the rest of the order. Seems to be a nice bunch. Product is good - nice little gift....more info
