Product Description

Time of day, calendar and alarm / Backlight for easy low light viewing / Water resistant / EKG accurate / 100 hour stopwatch and countdown timer

Specifically made for women, with its lightweight and slender design, this all-in-one heart rate monitor and sports watch by Reebok uses a patented method called "pulse technology" to measure the electrical pulses sent out by your heart each time it beats. Of course, the amazing part is that it works by finger touch rather than the cumbersome chest strap used by most other heart monitors. Within four seconds of touching the sensors on the watch, you can get not only an accurate heart rate reading, but also the number of calories burned during your workout.

The monitor has a programmable heart rate zone with audible and visual alarms to alert you when you get out of zone, plus a settable alarm if you have a maximum rate you should not exceed. Made from durable plastic and fully water-resistant, the device also features regular watch functions, plus a 100-hour stopwatch and countdown timer. It comes with a complete walking and exercise guide and one-year warranty.

About Reebok
Reebok's United Kingdom-based ancestor company was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So, in the 1890s, Joseph William Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. By 1895, he was in business making shoes by hand for top runners; and before long his fledgling company, J.W. Foster and Sons, developed an international clientele of distinguished athletes. In 1958, two of the founder's grandsons started a companion company that came to be known as Reebok, named for an African gazelle.

Customer Reviews:

  • Calorie counter useless
I used this watch last night when running on the treadmill. It wouldn't take my heart rate while I was running. I had to stop and then--after a few attempts--it would finally get a reading. Frequently the readings were way off. It was tremendously frustrating. I don't think I can return it, because it is used. Thankfully I got it on sale. ...more info
  • not so hot
This watch is fine if you are walking for exercise, but not for much else. While I was running I would ALWAYS have to stop to take my heart rate. If it was over 70/75% it often wouldn't take my heart rate at all. I couldn't even get it to register my heart rate while I was spinning. I would not recommend this watch to anyone who exercises to really push up their heart rate. ...more info
  • Reebok watch is awesome
I bought this watch to help with workout and heart rate during workouts. It is great and very accurate. I would highly recommend buying....more info

I was never motivated to excersice, and always found an excuse, but I decided to start working out at least a little bit every day, and that is why I bought this HRM, I needed soemthing comfortable and hated the idea of wearing a strap in my chest. It turned out to be a great decision to by this HRM it is very accurate and since I wear it to work is a friendly reminder of my determination to get fit. I love it....more info
  • Good Produce
I like that this does not require a strap. The only annoying this is that you have to hold your hand our the sensors for it to measure your heart rate, rather than automatically calculating it. But, it has a calorie counter and other cool features. Generally, it does what I want it to....more info
  • Reebok Fitwatch
The heart rate monitor portion of the watch is complicated. I have had difficulty getting a heart rate reading while I am exercising....more info
  • Not accurate - Don't buy
I bought this watch for my wife - she wanted a heart rate monitor watch with calorie counter. The watch was light and easy to use but the heart rate monitor was 20 - 30 beats per minute above what her heart rate really was. It was also hard to tell if the calorie counter was accurate since it would continue to count calories after you took the watch off. I would not advise anybody to get this watch.

  • Easy to use product
This product is simple and very nice for those who don't want to use the chest strap style monitors. I received the product from Amazon, used it a few times, and it broke. Amazon quickly and kindly exchanged my item, and I haven't had any problems with the new one.

I'm still on the fence regarding the calories burned during a workout. When I use the elliptical, the machine reads differently than my watch. The heart rate is right on though.

I would recommend this product if you are looking for an easy use, less expensive alternative. These things can get really expensive....more info

  • Works really well.
Works well, only down side is the having to stop and hold down the sensors to check your heart rate, but it's very accurate. Beats wearing a chest strap any day. It's much smaller that all the other stapless monitors that I saw. Works great for me and my needs....more info
  • Not Happy
Worked for 2 days then would no longer take HR. Called the company they told me to mail it to them (at my cost) and they would fix and return. No thanks!! Great and speedy return process with Amazon. Five stars for customer service from Amazon....more info
  • Great Buy
I hesitated to purchase because of some of the negative comments. Now I am so glad that I did. Yes, you do have to use two fingers to get a reading and this might be bad for some folks. For me, it works well as I am used to trying to get a reading from my artery and holding that for 10 seconds. So, it is not for everyone but works very well and I like the color and it is not too heavy on my wrist. It has helped me to get my heart rate up when doing aerobics....more info
  • works great and convenient
This watch works great. All you need is two fingers to measure your heart rate. It's really convenient that it doesn't require a chest strap. The other features are great too although I don't know how accurate the calorie counter is. ...more info
  • Reebok fitness watch
This is a great watch. It has many good features. The only thing I wish it had was a 24 hour calories used counter instead of a 15 hour calories used counter. ...more info
  • It doesn't work during exercise
I selected this watch because the rubber chest strap of my previous heart rate monitor caused chaffing. I thought this monitor would be a great solution, but it did not work unless I stopped exercising.

I could get the monitor to work most of the time when walking or standing still, but even a light jog caused too much jostling to to get a reading. I found it difficult to maintain pace on a run with one hand reaching across my body to apply consistent pressure to the buttons on the other wrist long enough to get a reading. Usually, after an attempt to take a heart rate while exercing, it beeped and just displayed the time. I had to slow down to a walking pace to get my heart rate to display. It was frustrating that the monitor I purchased to help me maximize my workout was actually causing me to slow down to try to use it. The bottom line is that I could never get a reading when I was running or doing aerobics, so the monitor was useless to me. ...more info
  • I loved my Reebok Fitwatch until it stopped working...
My Reebok Fitwatch was a great product for about 9 months until the screen stopped working properly and now it only displays gibberish. However, for 50 dollars, I think 9 months was still a good value. The watch is better for running than for biking because on a bike, it can be difficult to continue riding while pressing down the two buttons with one hand. I usually had to stop to take my heart rate while biking, but for running, it's perfect....more info
  • The worst thing I've ever bought!
This monitor really sucks, it just stopped working ... I mean, if you just need a watch that shows you the current date and time, it's perfect for you!

The monitor stopped working like one month after I bought it, now it's pretty difficult for me to use the warranty since I'm outside the US.

Bottom line, don't buy it ... I suggest you to save your money or invest a bit more in a better monitor....more info
  • Loved IT!
I love this watch. It doesn't have or need any wires to hook to your shirt or chest. Just simply use 2 fingers to press the 2 buttons on the face of the watch. It has a lot more programs than I thought it would have. It has regular time with the day and the date in the face, heart rate, alarm, calorie counter, timer, dual, and CHR. It is great. I dont even use all of the programs. Actually, I wear the watch everyday, even when I am not working out....more info

The product is good. It arrived quickly. The only problem I have is that it is a girl's watch. I used it as a gift so it turned out OK, but it is not a men's watch for those of you wondering....more info
