8/23: MhtRedir-S Trojan Exploits Flaw

MhtRedir.S is a Trojan that exploits a vulnerability in order to download, from an specific web site another Trojan detected by Panda Software as Trj/StartPage.JL.

MhtRedir.S reaches the computer when users visit specific websites. If the computer has the vulnerability described by Microsoft in the security bulletin MS04-013, then it will be automatically affected without user intervention.

So it is highly recommendable to download the corresponding security patch available from Microsoft's web site.
