3/8: Tibick-C a P2P Worm

W32/Tibick-C is a P2P worm. It also contains limited IRC backdoor Trojan functionality. W32/Tibick-C will attempt to connect to a remote IRC server and may attempt to download and execute a file from a specified address to a random filename with an EXE extension in the Windows system folder if instructed to do so.
