Kfar Saba, Israel April 12, 2005 -- Softlib Ltd. today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with INTERCHIP AG for Germany. Softlib specializes in Technical Documentation Portals for IT departments. In representing Softlib, Interchip will leverage its strong relationships with key IT departments to secure sales.

The addition of Interchip expands Softlibs' international distribution network into Europe. Other Softlib sales offices are located in the United States.
