See and Chat With Your Family From Anywhere in the World
  • Check in on what's happening at home from any computer in the world
  • Make sure your nanny is caring for your toddler properly while you're at the office
  • Find out if your teenager is throwing a rager while you're out of town Make sure your family and home are safe, even when you're not there. Getting that peace of mind is easier and more convenient than you ever imagined with the SmileCam, a high-speed pan and tilt webcam that you can point in nearly any direction, from any Internet-accessible PC in the world!

Imagine the peace of mind you'll have knowing that your teenager isn't throwing a rager while you're away on business. Rest easy knowing your nanny is caring for your toddler properly while you're at the office. Or if your security system calls or pages you when it's tripped, you can verify that everything is okay while you're on vacation.

Just open any browser, type in your home's URL (automatically set up with the included software), type in a username and password for security purposes, and in a flash, you'll be able to see what's happening inside your house. Use your computer mouse to click anywhere on the image and the camera will instantly reposition itself up to 180 horizontally and 60 vertically, so you can see parts of the room that wouldn't be visible from a stationary camera, like the floor, ceiling, or far sides.

And unlike other remote-monitoring systems out there, this one does not require that you have to pay a monthly service charge, apart from the broadband Internet connection that you most likely already have. The purchase price of the camera is all you have to pay!

This USB version (#752004) plugs into an available USB plug on your PC, so you won't have to open your computer case! It's also the only version that works with laptop computers. Because it uses the more reliable USB bus, you'll have fewer hardware conflicts and eliminate the need to set the BIOS. Furthermore, the USB camera gets its power from the USB connection, so you won't need to plug-in a separate power supply.

Works with any Pentium II PC running Windows 98/ME/2000/XP, with 32MB RAM and a full duplex sound card (to use audio features). Recommended only in homes with broadband Internet connections, like a cable modem connection or DSL.
