Strengths: great price, quality brand, reliable product

Weaknesses: None that I've found

Summary: I've been buying Kingston memory products for years and have consistently found them to be reliable yet very reasonably priced. I bought this SD card for use in my Canon PowerShot SD100 ELPH digital camera and it works great!! I've never used any other brand of SD card so I can't honestly say how fast the Kingston card is compared to others but I am very satisfied with the virtually unnoticeable lag time between shots using the Kingston flash card in my SD100 camera.

Weaknesses: Very slow.

Summary: Purchased about 2 months ago because the price after rebate.
I used to store movies and photos on my PDA.
First thing I notice is the speed, it is very slow compares
to the built in flash memory...
Should pay more for faster speed SD.

Strengths: This is my first SD card in my life, so I cannot compare it with other brands or with other model SD-cards of Kingston. I am using it for Kodak DX-6490. I have found no problems and am happy with it.

Weaknesses: Found no problems yet.

Summary: If I need another SD card, I would definitely buy this same brand due to the brand name and very good price. I have read somewhere that to avoid destroying any SD Card, remove it from the device ONLY AFTER powering the device OFF.

Strengths: Works well in both of my PDAs..Price was also reasonable seeing that I got a $11.00 rebate.

Weaknesses: Card is hard to remove from sd slot on ViewSonic and IPaq PDAs.

Summary: Product works well in my devices. Transfer rate is also good. Would be nice if manufactures had included an easy way to remove card from device.

Experience: 2 Days

Strengths: Good price/capacity ratio, 5 yr. warranty

Weaknesses: more memory would be even better but more memory is always better...

Summary: I bought this because I just got a digital camera and saw a good deal because of the manufacturer's rebate. I also had a 10% off of anything coupon from so I bought 2 of them. I am also getting $5 from PriceGrabber for writing this review so its a even better deal. Its definitely a good idea to look around for deals/coupons etc. but I guess thats why you are reading this on PriceGrabber. Right now it seems that 256mb is the best deal in terms of price/capacity. I think with the 2 cards I bought, I should be set in terms of memory for quite awhile. The box says there is a 5 year warranty so thats another plus.

Weaknesses: Not very fast especially when full.

Summary: Was very pleased to get this card and not to worry running out of space when taking high quality pics using my digicam.

Strengths: reliable storage, nice package, good price

Weaknesses: not life time warranty

Summary: Got this card for my Motorola MPX200 smartphone and it works well. There was no problem uploading or reading software/mp3 files on it. I could copy big files to the card quickly using my 6-in-1 card-reader. However, uploading through the phone USB port is much slower. In summary I am satisfied with it.

Experience: 2 Months

Strengths: It worked right out of the box with two of my digital cameras: HP730 and a generic Textron. I can also transfer data from/to my PC and my USB multi-card reader without a hitch.

Weaknesses: Data transfer rate does not seem to be faster than Sandisk 256 SD.

Summary: So far I have not experienced any problems with this card. I was able to store> 200 3M & 4M pictures (they are of .jpg format, each approximately 0.7 to 1M in size). I have not used them to store MP3 or data. I had dropped the card on to a wood floor once during the ejection of the card from the camera. However, the card and all of my pictures appeared in tact. I will definitely buy Kingston SD card again but it will be a higher capacity card as the price continues to drop.
