Irving, TX - Brink's Multifamily Security has released
its interactive Web site to property owners and managers across the country. The
site - https://www.mybrinks.com/mfh -allows managers and leasing agents to
register new residents, terminate accounts, and initiate temporary "no response"
service.
"This optional on-line program was designed to meet the needs of our customers who are increasingly utilizing the Internet," says Sandra Briley, Client Services Manager for Brink's Multifamily Security. "On-site personnel are becoming more Internet savvy every day, and owners appreciate the overall efficiencies and streamlined capabilities offered by Web based programs. This site is one more way that Brink's can help our customers manage their amenity." Real time registration allows the leasing agent to handle the paperwork on-line, and permits the resident to activate their alarm immediately. "Traditionally, leasing agents filled out the agreements and faxed them to us. The on-line program saves time and is more convenient for everyone involved," states Briley. The ability to terminate accounts on-line provides a hands-on management tool, allowing owners and managers the opportunity to view actual resident participation at any given moment. Additionally, leasing staff can initiate temporary "no-response" service on units when maintenance personnel need access. This greatly reduces the number of false alarms and fines at a property. The site also provides answers to frequently asked questions and reference materials that offer specific details about the system. |
