Product Description

NALGENE containers have stood up to some of the world's most extreme conditions. Small potatoes compared to small children. The NALGENE Grip 'n Gulp is tough enough to survive being thrown from a moving minivan, spillproof enough to compel parents to blame the rug stains on the dog, and odorproof enough to allow leftover milk to go undetected under the couch for months. Most importantly, it's a great way for little kids to reach new heights.

Features:
  • Small size and indented profile make this bottle easy for a toddler to grip
  • Holds 12 ounces
  • Rubberized lid and smooth plastic mouthpiece make drinking comfortable
  • BPA-free

Customer Reviews:

  • Nalgene BPA-Free Tritan Sippy Cups - THE BEST!
I have to say, the NALGENE Tritan Grip-N-Gulp BPA-Free Water Bottle is THE BEST sippy cup we have ever used! As a previous reviewer stated, these sippys DO NOT leak, except for a few drops that are already in the spout, when shaken. Also, these cups hold-up WONDERFULLY in the dishwasher, even over many years, being used on a constant daily basis. My 7-year old daughter used the "old" Nalgene sippys for many years, and now that they have come out with the BPA-Free versions, I have purchased a dozen "new" plastic sippys, and will be getting rid of all my old plastic sippys and bottles, especially now that my baby daughter wants to use the same kind of cup as Big Sister. :) These are so much more reasonably priced than the stainless steel sippys... which I found were $14+ each, and I love that the Nalgenes only have one valve to clean! If the new sippys are as spill-free and easy to clean as the old ones, I'll really love them, too! My daughters are excited for the new colors, as well... green and purple in addition to the original pink and blue colors....more info
  • Great product for children
I bought this bottle for my five-year-old daughter while purchasing the 32-ounce wide-mouth model for myself. She loves that her bottle is the same color as mine and feels grown up because we have "matching" bottles. I used to bring a bottle of water with us whenever I took her to the park but didn't want to continue wasting plastic. Now I throw a couple of ice cubes into this bottle, fill it, and we take it to the park with us.

I like that the bottle has a valve but for a child my daughter's age, the valve is more of a hindrance. However, I simply removed the valve and she uses the bottle without it. The downside to this is the bottle can and will spill if it's knocked over but the mess is pretty minimal. My daughter can be messy with a cup at times so the drinking spout on this model is very nice as it helps cut down on the mess.

I now have a newborn and would definitely consider purchasing more of these bottles in lieu of sippy cups. I have extensive experience with sippies and these are much better made and much more practical than your average sippy cup....more info
  • Wonderful cups!
These cups are so wonderful. The style is not too babyish and grows with the child. I bought several for my 3 year old and even one for my 7 year old for car trips.

The valve design makes it super easy to clean. No little nooks and crannies you can't reach to scrub out. The lid is also very easy to clean. I hand wash mine so I can't attest to how they stand up to the dishwasher.

This is the first and ONLY of probably 20 styles of sippy cups I have tried over the years that does NOT leak at all (except when shaken violently). My son always leaves his cups laying on their side on my carpet and these cups have yet to leak. The lid design is pretty cool because you can clip it through the hole onto a backpack, stroller, etc.

I highly recommend these. Yes, I cringed at the price but they are worth it. I plan to use these for years to come. My only complaint is that my 7 year old said it is sometimes hard to drink out of. My 3 year old hasn't complained. ...more info
  • Excellent toddler sippy cup
These sippy cups are fabulous! My two-year-old and eight-month-old both use these for their water and love them! They are easy to carry and just the right size for the little guys. They do leak on occasion, so I use the Gerber Graduates sippy for juice. Overall, the Nalgene Grip-N-Gulp is durable and an excellent purchase for little guys on the go....more info
  • Nalgene Tritan Grip N gulp
We took this cup on our trip to Disney and it was great. It does not leak, tolerated being dropped on concrete and kicked around. The loop at the top fit onto a carabiner and on my backpack for our travel through security at the airport. It was easy to clean and held up in the dishwasher....more info
