Product Description

Connect to a fast and secure wireless network by adding the D-Link RangeBooster G Desktop Adapter WDA-2320 to your desktop PC. Access your network's high-speed Internet connection while also getting secure access to shared files, music, and photos from other computers in your network. Built with RangeBooster G Technology, this Wireless Desktop Adapter delivers faster wireless signal rates and better reception than most other 802.11g devices. Having a faster connection gives you more time to enjoy listening to music and watching videos rather than spending time waiting for files to finish transferring. With better wireless reception, you can connect to the network from farther distances.
Set up the Wireless Desktop Adapter in minutes with D-Link's Quick Setup Wizard. In addition, D-Link's new utility detects available wireless networks so you can quickly connect to a network. It keeps track of networks used most often so you can quickly rejoin them. This Desktop Adapter is backward compatible with 802.11b standard, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of wireless routers.

  • Faster RangeBooster G? Wireless Connection

Customer Reviews:

  • CPU hog
Installs great, picks up the network well, and eats 50-100% of my CPU with interrupts and DPCs. No answers from support, no updated drivers available on the support website. System is winxp SP2.

I will be returning this one....more info
  • Works well with Vista 64
I installed this card into my desktop, loaded the drivers off the cd, and was connected to the internet right away. No problems with Vista 64. Signal strength is always above 50%. Router is 50 ft away on another floor. Recommended. ...more info
  • So far so good
I just installed it yesterday, but so far I'm fully satisfied with it. Installation was easy and fast. Immediately, my network was found and I've been connected at 54mbps ever since. Quite honestly, my internet connection is stronger than when I have a wired connection to the router. There are two walls between the computer's card and my router with approximately 20 feet between. It suits my needs and works great so far. I will comment if there are any problems. I'm using XP SP3. ...more info
  • Replaced on Dell XPS 420
The dell XPS 420 has a terrible wireless card made by broadcom... on my model at least. They may have a different supplier now. I replaced the wireless card with the D-Link 2320 problem free. Have not had an issue with the internet connection since. Before, the wireless card would freeze the connection randomly every 20 minutes or so....more info
