Customer Reviews:

  • There are other and BETTER gluten-free pretzels out there...
We have been a gluten free family for many years and have been enjoying the new products that are now continully being introduced. These pretzels are not nearly as good as the ones by Ener-G Foods (small size bags) or by Glutano (larger, family size bags). These Wylde pretzels are, as one reviewer already commented, not salty enough - that is, not salty enough for me to feel they qualify as satisfying a pretzel yearning. These pretzels are also much harder than the others, which I don't find appealing. That being said, I would highly recommend the Glutano or the Ener-G Foods pretzels over these. I rated it 2-stars simply for being another gluten free product....more info
  • My Son will eat them!
My son has autism. He is on a gluten-free, casein-free, and soy free diet, so there is not a lot of pre-packaged stuff out there that he can eat that he actually wants to eat. We have tried the Glutino pretzels, they are good but have soy. My typical son on an unrestricted diet likes them and asks for them. But my gf/cf/sf son can't have them.
I brought home a few sample bags of these from a TACA meeting (Talk About Curing Autism) and my son ate them right up. I was glad to see them on this site so I could order them in bulk.

I tried them and didn't think they tasted bad. Of course, they could use more salt for my taste, but my son gets enough sodium from other sources, so I'm glad that they aren't salted....more info
  • Creepy
These are pretty interesting... They aren't that good at all. We bought them on a road trip, and landed at a hotel one night. All the fast food places were closed, so we ate what was left of our food... two packages of these. My daughter (who is GFCF) had opened them and spit them out... my sister and I ate them, and gagged... but, we were hungry (ha)...
They have the pretzel crunch, but the taste is off... Maybe if there was more salt.. or flavor..
    I wouldn't but them again....more info
  • The ONLY egg-free GF pretzels I've been able to find!
I think they taste great as well. They aren't really salty enopugh, but I can live with that. My son and I are both allergic to eggs as well as having problems w/ gluten....more info
  • Light, Crunchy and not too salty
I really was impressed with the Wylde pretzels. I had purchased it on a couple of different occassions, but my latest purchase in August 2007 was the best. It seems that they improved their recipes. My children love it and I am planning on reordering some more....more info
  • Gluten Free Pretzels
I've been buying this product for years at the HfS, but decided to start ordering cases on Amazon. The product came not packed well and the pretzels were in a million pieces and clumps. I emailed Amazon and they sent me a new case. Well, the same thing. I emailed them again and they
refunded me and I was thrilled at the exceptional service !!!!!
BTW, these pretzels are very good and also soy free !...more info
  • Great snack!
These pretzels are a great gluten free crunchy snack and not too salty. I love to just grab them and go but my girls love too dip them in warm cream cheese! I think they're better than regular wheat pretzels....more info
  • Great to eat pretzels again
I was very happy with this product. Even my husband, who doesn't need to eat gluten free, liked them. Nice and crunchy with a very good taste. I tried a smaller bag at the local store for 2 bucks and liked it. Then, I saw these and it was a much better buy. Compare prices though, because right now this size isn't the best deal. It was when I bought it....more info
  • These preztels are great!!
My son loves these little pretels. They are also great in Gluten free Chex mix! I like the fact that they have a unique round shape - it makes it easy to distinguish from "regular" pretzels. I'm sure my allergic son is eating safe food and not his brother's wheat pretzels! Highly reccommend!!...more info
  • My 11 year old loves them
They taste great, they don't taste gluten-free. Very crunchy. Keep fresh quite a while. My 11 year old loves them, and his teacher does as well.

  • good pretzels
My son is on the GFCG diet and these are his favorite snack. Although one shipment the pretzels were all broken in pieces. But usually they are great.

  • My son eats them up!
I have a son with autism who is allergic to gluten, soy, and milk products. He loves these! My typical daughter does as well. I think they taste fine as well, like others they could use a little more salt, but my kids don't need the extra anyway. I'm so happy I can now buy them by the case!...more info
